Dearest Third Graders...
Third grade is such a year of change! We are learning so much in Science and Social Studies this year! I would love to know your thoughts on what you have enjoyed learning about the most so far this year. What science experiments have you enjoyed? What topics in Social Studies want to make you read more about them?
I also need each of you to use your minds to brainstorm. Each home room needs to create a question for a scientific investigation that we will carry out in our class. So, what is something in Science that you would like to know the answer to? Please post your idea (question) here, or tell me in class! You all are so incredible, and I enjoy being your teacher each day!
So far I love learning about the Rev. War and my favorite science subject is learning about gravity.

This year i have loved science and social studies the most. I can't wait until we learn about the Civil War. I want to know if Clara Barton was the most famous doctor in that war? Why is the grass green? I love Science and Social Studies!

Science is the most fun of all because it has great teachers like you! The most thing i am wondering about is that why do spiders have so many eyes? The best thing that we have done is studied Native Americans.

My favorite expermint was doing the powder and liquid one.My favorite subject in science so far is soild,liquids,and gases.What`s on my mind is you and your wonderful self.I enjoyed in SS is to learn more about Rev War.I would want to do a expermint on gases and soilds science book.That`s all I want there easy and simple too.
